Softhat is a small-time agency where Chiori Amamiya comes from. She is allegedly the agency's biggest "moneymaker". The president of the agency didn't want to let Chiori leave his agency so he even negotiated with LME to only allow Chiori in the Love Me Section, but not actually being part of LME.
