This policy outlines the proper way to upload and use images in this wiki.
Uploading
If you upload an image please fill out the Template:Fair use rationale and license it using one of the Image wiki templates or more specifically, if you screenshot a bit from the manga/anime/live action, please use: {{Fairuse/comic}} (For manga screenshots) or {{Fairuse/screenshot}} (For anime or live action screenshots). Special:Upload will be useful when you upload photos.
Step One: Go to Special:Upload
Step Two: Upload your file
Step Three: Make sure it has an appropriate destination filename.
Step Four: Fill out the Template:Fair use rationale on the summary. (See:Template:Fair use rationale)
Step Five: Click the button "Upload File"
General:
- Any duplicate images uploaded will be deleted.
- Do not upload any fanarts on articles.
- Exception: They are only allowed on your userpages, but please remember to still license them using the appropiate Image wiki templates and categorize it with Category:Fanarts.
- Any full manga pages uploaded will be deleted.
- Do not upload any pictures with any watermarks or logos in it.
- When uploading a screenshot from the anime or drama series, please make sure it doesn't have a subtitle.
- Only upload screenshots from manga/anime/game/live-action bits to support an article.
- Images with low quality should be replaced with a higher quality.
General
- Unused photos will be deleted within 24 hours by an admin.
- Exception: If an image is used on MediaWiki pages or templates, it will not be deleted.
Usage
- Image Sources: Only images from official sources (Such as the manga, anime and the drama) may be used in the articles.
- Any image uploaded without any use within a week will be deleted.
Deletion
Images will be marked for deletion if they are unused and have no accountable use. If you upload an image for use on your user page, but choose to no longer use it, tag it for deletion by using the delete template.
Naming
- Always name files properly. For example, if you upload an .png image of Kyoko it should be named "Kyoko Mogami.png" instead of "sdjsaifjasfsa.png"
- Make sure the file's name is always appropriate.
Fair use

The copyright of all images belongs to Yoshiki Nakamura, animators and other people who helped out to create the Skip Beat! franchise. It does not belong to the people who provide the manga scans or episodes online. Every image needs to have a Fair use rationale and a proper legal tag.
Categorizing
This wiki categorize all the images so it's easier to search for images and navigate through them. If you don't know how to categorize or having troubles with categorizing, see Help:Category.
- Categorizing images is alike to categorizing pages, new categories should be appropriate and make sense.
- For the images of the series' characters, you could find them by typing Images of [Character Name]. For instance, if you were to categorize an image with Kyoko in it, you will add the category Images of Kyoko Mogami. Alternatively, you could also see the characters' image categories in Category:Character Images.
- Images that shows Characters in their roles also needs to be categorized. All the role categories can be found at Category:Role Images
- Meanwhile, here are all the current categories for other images excluding characters's images:
- Category:Chapter Covers - Images of all the chapter covers.
- Category:Volume Covers - Images of all the volume covers.
- Category:DVD Covers - Images of all the anime dvd covers.
- Category:PS2 Game Covers - Images of all the PS2 Game covers.
- Category:Album Covers - Images of all the album covers.
- Category:PS2 Game CG - All images that are from the PS2 Game adaption.
- Category:Images of Locations - Images of all the location images.
- Category:Images for templates - All images that are used for templates.
- Category:Anime Screenshots - All the anime screenshots.
- Category:Manga Screenshots - All the manga screenshots
- Category:Live-action Screenshots - All the live-action screenshots.
- Category:Posters - All posters.
- Category:Wallpapers - All wallpapers.
- You can add multiple categories to an image. It doesn't have to be only one. For example, a screenshotted picture of Ren in the anime, can have the categories Images of Ren Tsuruga and Anime Screenshots in it.
Violations
Violators of this policy will receive a warning from an admin. If it violating continues, it might result into a block.
