Skip Beat! (スキップ・ビート! Sukippu Bīto) is a Japanese shōjo manga by Yoshiki Nakamura. In Japan, the manga was first published in Hakusensha's shōjo manga magazine Hana to Yume[1] in February 2002, while in the United States[2][3], it began publishing under Viz Media's Shojo Beat label in 2006. The manga series have been adapted into several Drama CD's, an anime adaption followed by a visual game adaption, as well as a live-action adaption.[4]

Due to the intense popularity of the long-running manga series, there has been a fanbook released dedicated to it entitled "Skip Beat! Fanbook - Love Me!" as well as a tribute series entitled "Skip Beat! Tribute - Yes, We Love!". There is also a novelization for the series with illustrations by the author herself included in the issues of Hana to Yume.

  • Volume 40 will be released through VizMedia in English on March 6, 2018.[6]
  • Volume 42 has been released, including the subsequent chapters up through 260.
  • As of January 3rd 2025 51 volumes have been released, with Act.326 as the latest as part of a complete volume.
  • English version of volume 50 is set to be released on the 4th of March, 2025.[7]
