• The newest chapter will be out by May 20th in Japan. Fortunately, there is a scanalation group online named "Impatient Scans" which releases an English version of the chapter just after a few days. There are also other scanalation groups for the Spanish and Russian version of the chapter.

• Skip Beat! discussions are still very, very active. This site primarily serves as the ultimate SB wikipedia so you might not see so much around here. However, here are the groups that are active with fan discussions, threads and so on:

<p>Is there someone in charge of updating characters on the page? I was looking for a name and I ended up having to find it in the manga since it wasn't listed here. (Took me a good long time since there was a lot to go through lol) I was looking for Kijima. His story is kinda left hanging after he expresses interest in Kyoko and Ren basicly tells him to "back off" in his own way and then we never hear about him again. I have the feeling we will, but that's not what I'm getting at. I guess I'm just wondering if there is someone who can add him to the list of characters data base?  </p>

<p>Unfortunately, MangaFox forums have closed down last October 31, 2017. </p><p>The MangaFox Forums about Skip Beat was the most active Skip Beat forum, where most would check updates for new chapters and get drawn to interesting threads made by Skip Beat fans all over the world. </p><p>Luckily, some forums have been recovered and some members have moved to Reddit and Discord. I personally think Jelly Woods would make a good manager for Kyoko as she would help Kyoko present her self as an actress with more stylish clothes and do her make up. Jelly Woods does tend to give reasonable advice if it's not Jelly Woods then I can imagine someone like Kuu doing it because he so wanted to help polish her up or even Kuu's wife Julie who is claimed by both her husband and son to be the best in the world and is an angle her motivation for it would be something like wanting to see the other child her husband adopted while being able to be close to her son and also wanting to checkout Kyoko knowing her son is in love with her. I honestly don't see Toudo san or Saena san being Kyoko manager for reason being her truma and being a lawyer is very important to her and Toudo's reason would be that his family has alway's been in publiic enforcment I do hope that Toudo san ends in a relationship with Saena being that you can tell he is in love with her I also see him being a good stepdad to Kyoko.

<p>so i am thinking as her white day gift, maybe he gives her a watch. since she already has a necklace and a braclet would be the same thing. a ring is too much like a proposal item. </p><p>for the samurai drama, she could probably get the role by impressing the producer with her new martial art techniques, or maybe she switches to the character mode. then there will be some ridiculous gamble to win the part. hah </p><p>then of course Ren will get the role of the main samurai and they will share some kissing scenes. </p><p>
i think the only other plot points to cover would be meeting her father and then Ren's reveal of his true self. </p><p>

<p>I started reading the series thinking it was already over, only to discover that it's still going! Pretty shocked. I enjoy it, but I am curious if people think it will wrap up soon, or there could be another 10 years to go? </p><p>If it's years and years, I would have to forget this series exists and come back to it later. Waiting chapter by chapter is too slow for me, and I prefer a large binge read... </p>

<p>Hi! </p><p>The format for how Characters in Order of Appearance hasn't been specified in the content structure, so I am opening it up for discussion in the community.   </p><p>In order of appearance is pretty basic, but because this storyline throws a few curve balls in how it handles characters, certain things come up and a choice needs to be made: </p>

• When it's an actor's character we see first instead of the actor.  (Ex. <i>Box "R"</i> girls acting out a scene, Ren watching Sho's promo video, Kyoko-in-Setsuka-mode, etc)

• When it's a character in a different form than the main one we usually see because they've gone through some transformations that may or may not have involved a name change. (Ex. Kuon Hizuri vs Corn vs Ren Tsuruga, Still-in-love-with Sho Kyoko Mogami vs actress Kyoko)

<p>Who gets listed first, and how many times should the lead characters be listed when there are multiple occurrences in one chapter? </p><p>Discuss! </p>
